We hope we’re not jumping the gun on putting this picture up, but we’ve had an offer accepted on this house, and this time it passed the inspection with flying colors.  So we’re pretty sure that as of June 25, this will be our new home.

We can’t wait to move in, and it’s got a great property and a sweet deck, so we want to have a housewarming party as soon as possible.  Marcie thinks July 4th, but that might be cutting it close.  But as soon as we can, we’ll have everyone over.

As you can see, it’s a nice little cape in a quiet, friendly neighborhood.  It’s got 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a big kitchen/eating area, and that sweet deck.  The owner had quite the green thumb and the lawn is immaculate and the talk of the neighborhood.  The inside is just as well maintained, if not a little outdated (it’s a 1971 house with a 1971 bathroom and kitchen, but they are nice).
